The hotel room was spacious, with plenty of storage and a nice long table for using my laptop. It was super quiet, the window could be opened to let in fresh air, the bathroom was lovely and rather big with all that is needed when travelling: clean towels, toiletries, etc. I particularly liked the fact that the room was so big but cosy at the same time, lighting was lovely, just right. Moreover, I got a great night's sleep undisturbed as the whole place was peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel and one I shall be returning to when I'm up again in Scotland. Ah, almost forgot, you've got a huge Asda superstore right in front as well as a McDonalds and petrol station all of which did not disturb but proved very handy when I need to put more petrol into my car and to get a few items from Asda. Lastly, wifi was fast, strong and reliable.

Stopped here as an easy place to get to the Royal Highland Centre early the following day. Location was great - just a 5 minute drive to Fife Leisure Park which had loads of options for food as well as bowling, cinema, arcades and crazy golf. There is a big 24hr asda just across the road from the hotel as well. Breakfast was nice, my son loved the pancake machine. The room was lovely and clean - big tv and a double sofa bed laid out for my son rather than a single camp bed which he was delighted about. Plenty of parking outside the hotel. Special shout out to Kayleigh on reception who really made our stay stand out and couldnt have been friendlier or more helpful. She was a gem!

So, I should say first of all, that the whole staff of this hotel are truly professional and absolutely friendly and kind people, especially Claire in reception, she is amazing person and help us a lot , staring from checking in and ending with check out and helps us a lot with taxi service. The breakfast wonderfully served , the room is large and stunning , I am so glad to pick this hotel as a holiday staying for my family, that I really want to come there once again. Thanks a lot and I wish you all the best.

I appreciate that cannot avoid noises but TV are too loud next to us. Cannot rest and sleep. Since this was our 2nd time, I noticed that variety of breakfast has few selection of basic breakfast especially fruits. But overall not bad at all. Staff are very nice and friendly. Rooms are ok but needs deep carpet cleaning especially underneath the bed. Could smell like body fluids and dust. Overall not bad hotel if you only sleep and out all day! Thank you

Juliet

Very friendly and helpful staff. Reception staff very welcoming. Room clean and modern, if needing a bit of TLC, eg Chipped paint on doorframe. Breakfast is limited in selection but good quality for a budget hotel. Chef bringing the breakfast out was very friendly and made some of the nicest scrambled eggs I've had outside luxury hotels. Location is good. On a bus route to the QM train station and the city centre. Very good for not even £60 night.
